I have to say that the balance of this little saddle tank looks all out of place. Wonder if it is a conversion from another type.

John, whilst it has a saddle tank, I am thinking that it may be coupled to a coal carrier. The cab platform overhang is not unusual in itself, however, the three link coupling seen hanging to the rear of the handrail is different. Or am I seeing things?
